borrow a tread mill?

I have a machine that magnifies things with a camera and screen. If anyone knows a sight impaired person that can use it they can have it. It has a rolling base for easy movement of papers or books and an auto focus for the camera. The display is a computer monitor that could be upgraded to a LCD if wanted.
